Individual Therapy is a space to explore and heal. I work with my clients on current challenges, identifying unhealthy patterns from past experiences, holding space for the feelings and sensations that have stayed within, and finding paradigms and methods that work for them. Therapy looks different for each person, there is no one size fits all, or an exact map of how it will go. I believe in therapy being a collaborative effort - the client
